- 5+ years experience in developing and maintaining website architectures and web applications
- Extensive knowledge of PHP and/or JAVA, HTML, Javascript, AJAX and CSS
- Able to create layouts that adhere to W3C standards and that render accurately across multiple browsers
- Extensive experience designing, coding, and testing web applications
- A strong understanding of web usability, wireframes, information architecture, and technical and functional design requirements
- Experience working in complex development environments and with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of secure web services: privacy, firewalls, encryption, and SSL is a plus
- Knowledge of Drupal or other Content Management Systems is a plus.
