Before joining Donat Group, Ronn was QA manager and lead developer for two different startups involved in database and health management. From these and other professional experiences, he has gained extensive skills in software development and various web technologies, which he augments with continued learning. As Donat Group's senior systems architect, Ronn ensures that clients always receive the programming solution that best meets their needs.

The senior developer at Donat Group, James started as the architect of Project Opus and continues to architect and develop most high-profile projects for Donat Group. James is a graduate of Trinity Western University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science. On the weekends he likes to drop his keyboard in favour of a mountain bike, backpack, or camera.

Passionate about the World Wide Web and new technologies from an early age, Vincent trained as an engineer in Computer Science. Prior to migrating to Vancouver and becoming an integral part of the Donat Group team, he worked on the inaugural French Video-On-Demand website with Direct Interactive in Paris. He uses his expertise to develop creative, effective programming solutions to meet client needs.

Intensive training at ECIAD and BCIT has given Li an exemplary foundation in graphic design. His Chinese heritage and his experiences with various cultures on the west coast, especially First Nations art, have been important influences on his aesthetic. Working independently for five years before joining Donat Group, Li’s sophisticated style won the praise of small firms and large corporations alike. At Donat Group, he continues to create outstanding designs for a diverse set of clients.

Lorraine has a 13 year track record developing new media applications, interactive exhibits and web sites for clients from creative start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She is passionate about creating optimum user experiences – aligning strategy, technology, and content. Before joining the Donat leadership team she coordinated the Interactive Design Program at Capilano College while managing a busy production practice. With deep roots in interactive programming, she brings skills in project management, information architecture and interaction design.

Loren has 8 years experience in the industry as a Web designer and programmer. He is a highly talented artist with a strong technical bent. Loren balances his design talents with superior technical skills. He is adept in many areas, including Javascript, ActionScript, CSS, and XHTML. He has played a key role in the development of everything from dynamically-hosted websites to commercial software applications. He also plays a significant role in information architecture, user interface design, and project management.

Starting with Donat Group as an instructional designer and editor, Mandy has taken on a critical project management role, owing to her keen ability to keep projects and teams on schedule. Whether she’s working with a large corporation or a small start-up, she does what it takes to ensure the client’s needs are met or exceeded by the final product.

Greg comes to Donat Group with a Bachelor of Computing Science with a specialization in Software Engineering. His adaptability, problem solving attitude, and constant thirst for knowledge make him a natural fit for the Donat Group team. Greg applies his well developed team-work and organizational abilities to programming creative and robust solutions for Donat clients.

Sadaf brings to the Donat Group a background in management, finance and scheduling and over five years experience in the customer service industry. She studied Business Administration at Okanagan University College where she honed her organizational and time management skills. Combined with her top notch communication skills and attention to detail, these keep the Donat team and our studio working smoothly day by day.

David brings a history of innovation within the industry to his leadership role at Donat Group. Winner of a Canadian New Media Award, David has a proven record in interaction design and information architecture, and has been both consultant and developer on significant web projects that have helped move the medium forward. As the founder of Donat Group, his responsibilities include providing strategic direction and fostering a supportive learning environment for the team.

With a passion for technology, entertainment, and communications, Rochelle brings 17 years of financial, business, marketing and product management experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer. Having led and launched several leading-edge initiatives, as well as having worked with a combination of highly analytical and highly creative groups and individuals, Rochelle devotes her skills to supporting Donat clients through innovative and dynamic digital media strategies and activities. She is bilingual in German and English and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

As an interactive designer Sahar has a diverse range of experience and training in the creative industry. She brings a unique skill set based on her eclectic educational background at BCIT, where she studied New Media Design. She has had the opportunity to work full-time and freelance for the past few years designing and building attractive websites that are engaging and intuitive to their users.

Guillaume has been involved in multimedia for over ten years. He has worked, consulted and provided training for many Fortune 500 companies including Apple inc, L-3 Communications, Walmart, Disney, WGHB, and BMW. Before joining Donat Group, Guillaume contributed to the online deployment of the world's largest archive of animal sound and associated video at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, winning industry and scientific awards for his work. Guillaume brings to Donat Group a wide range of expertise from media encoding and deployment, to quality control and project management.

Séamus has extensive experience in all aspects of web development. Before applying his thorough approach and deep expertise to leading-edge projects for our clients, he led the development of ACDSee's e-commerce website, and was the lead architect at a Web 2.0 start-up company. A believer in the use of open web standards, he's adept at Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML.

Daniel comes to Donat with seven years of experience in software development. He serves as a senior developer specialising in new technologies. He's built applications for everything from small business to internet service providers to trans-national media empires. Daniel prefers Free software projects both for their stability as well as for their philosophy.

As one of Donat Group's Solution Architects, Shawn works closely with clients to transform requirements and needs into clear-cut specifications for innovative solutions. Analytical and creative, Shawn has over ten years experience in Web development and an excellent understanding of current technology and usability trends. His expertise includes information architecture, user experience design and pre-production planning. Easy-going and personable, Shawn provides clients with valuable insight and guidance on their projects.
